You can order an additional key for your Hoas apartment with this form. To order an additional key, you must be registered as the main tenant of the lease agreement. After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, and the additional key order is paid with the online payment link you will receive after the order confirmation. The online payment link will arrive on weekdays between 8:00 and 16:00. The key will be ordered or programmed after a successful payment transaction.

Instructions:
If you live in a studio, one-bedroom, or family apartment, you may receive one additional key. It is not possible to obtain more than one additional key. The additional key is available free of charge until December 31, 2025, after which the possibility for a free additional key ends. An exception applies to school-aged children, who may continue to receive their own key free of charge.
